电解铜进口货源（阴极铜A级99.99%），尺寸：914 mm x 914 mm x 12 mm（LME标准），每片重量：125公斤（约±2%）。每月可供5000-7000吨，可签年单，执行CIF价格（按中方指定港口，参考伦敦浮动价格最大优惠6% 不议价），DLC信用证结算。

卖方：《PALMUR GROUP》LLP（帕尔穆尔集团-哈萨克斯坦努尔苏丹），原产国：刚果共和国，装货港：坦桑尼亚达累斯萨拉姆。

关于交易程序（内容摘自合同 供参考）：

CLAUSE 5:PROCEDURES OF INFORMATION
5.1 SELLER: The Seller after receipt DLC and as soon will received Certificate of Quality and Weight from country of origin will send a copy of this Certificate to the Buyer`s email address;
5.2 The Seller will inform the Buyer about the date of transfer each monthly batch to inland logistics company to beginning the transportation the goods to the loading port;
5.3 The Seller will inform the Buyer about the date of SGS inspection at loading port;
5.4 The Seller after shipment each monthly batch will send the copies of the shipment documents listed in this agreement to the Buyer`s email address within 24 hours and will send original shipment documents to the Buyer`s Bank and will inform about it to the Buyer within 24 hours.
5.5 BUYER: The Buyer will inform the Seller about the date of CIQ/CCIC inspection at the discharge port;
5.6 The Buyer will send CCIC Certificate issued at discharge port in original to the DLC issuing Bank and the copy to the Seller`s email address within 24 hours.
