【开证DLC及PB的程序模式】（可选）

模式一：1）买方預开MT705 信用证；2）卖家出通过SWIFT系统电开PB(MT760)；3）买家开具信用证MT700/MT720。
模式二：1）Seller issue 2% PB draft for buyer approval. 2）Buyer issue MT700 draft for seller approval.
3）Seller issue 2% PB to buyer bank 4）Buyer issue MT700 for 60 days to seller’s account. 5）Both LC and PB will be activated simultaneously.
模式三：（特殊情况）
1）After received the Draft of DLC from the Buyer’s bank and confirm,
2）within 3days the sellers shall issue 2% ,DLC value Performance Bond (PB) to buyer’s bank.
3）After the buyer receives 2% Pb, the buyer will issue the DLC (MT700) to the seller's Bank.

【DLC议付模式】（可议）
模式一：CIF结算，由买方向卖方开具可转让跟单信用证(由SWIFT MT 700确认)，期限为60天，涵盖每月货物数量的100%。信用证是在发票和POP的基础上开出的。
（买方与卖方共同约定的合法的第三方CCIC，港口检测机构出具的合格检测报告，作为买方付款的绝对条件）。
模式二：
1）FULL SET OF (3/3) ORIGINAL CLEAN ON BOARD CHARTER PARTY BILL. OF LADING, MADE OUT TO ORDER, BLANK ENDORSED BY SHIPPER, MARKED FREIGHT . PAYABLE AS PER
CHARTER PARTY, NOTIFY 'TO ORDER' ONLY.
2）ONE（1）original and Two (2) copies of Weight Certificate as issued at Loading Port by CCIC, indicating the surveyed weight, gross wet weight, The B/L number, vessel name must
be showed on Certificate of Weight.
3）ONE（1）original and Two (2) copies of Quality Certificate as issued at Loading Port by CCIC, indicating the contracted specification in Article 3. The B/L number, vessel name
must be showed on Certificate of Quality.
4）One original and 2 copies of Certificate of Origin issued by CCIC at loading port.
5) Seller Signed and Stamped Commercial Invoice in Three (3) originals and Three (3) copies calculated based on the Certificate of Weight and Certificate of Analysis issued by CCIC at
loading port and the applicable price and BONUS/PENALTY indicating 100% cargo value, quantity and weight, L/C number, B/L number, contract number, vessel name and B/L date.
模式三：
1）The provisional payment of 90% CIF shipment value will be made on basis of loading port report both as per quantity and quality certificates issued by the PT Sucofindo
Columbia and the provisional invoice submitted by the seller and the following complete set of documents.Negotiation documents of L/C are as follows:
2）The remaining 10% will be paid by L/C upon receipt of the final invoice and bill of exchange issued by the seller. The final invoice is negotiated on the basis of CIQ/CCIC
inspection report issued at the port of destination.

Location: Puerto Bolivar is situated on the N coast of Colombia. The port is located on the W side of the entrance to Bahia Portete. General
overview: The private port is used as an outlet for the Colombian coal industry, with trains delivering up to 48,000t of coal per day. There is also a pier for general cargo and fuel oil deliveries.

Traffic figures: Approx 28,000,000t of coal handled annually. 60 coal vessels greater than 120,000DWT; 32 coal vessels between 70,000DWT and 120,000DWT; 31 coal vessels between 30,000DWT and 70,000DWT; 6 coal vessels less than 30,000DWT; 20 general cargo vessels and 25 tankers.
Load line zone: Tropical.
Max size: Coal vessels: Max LOA 300m; beam 45m, draught 17.0m, 175,000DWT.The max airdraught, (to top of hatch cover) is 21.0m. Max berthing displacement is 100,000t, (coal berth). Min displacement is 25,000t. Max permitted arrival draught for all coal vessels is 9.0m (SW),trim 1.8m.
Tankers: LOA 225m, max permitted draught 9.5m (SW). Max vessel age is 20 years (subject to inspection). Larger vessels may be considered on a case by case basis.
